About Us

The Pawar Public Group of Schools is managed by the Pawar Public Charitable Trust (PPCT) which is an organization that focusses on the needs of the less privileged section of the society. PPCT is committed to the upliftment of the nomadic tribal communities by imparting a basic level of education to them.

Pawar Public School at Bhandup, Mumbai (ICSE) was the first school set up by the Trust which commenced in June 2006. Pawar Public School, Hadapsar, Pune (ICSE) followed thereafter with the first intake of students in June 2008. The third school was started at Kandivali, Mumbai (lCSE) in June 2010. The fourth school opened its doors to the first batch of students in June 2011 at Chandivali (ICSE). Two schools under the same umbrella started functioning in Pune - one at Hinjewadi (affiliated to CBSE) in 2013 and the other at Nanded City, Pune (CBSE) in June 2013. The seventh school was established at Palava, Dombivali (ICSE) in June 2015. As a part of our vision, the Trust plans to set up additional schools in future to impart the same level of education. We believe that every child is special and has certain inherent qualities and capabilities. It is our endeavour to offer them the opportunities to explore their talents and rise to their full potential. In our schools, through our teaching methods, we aim to provide education in a congenial and caring atmosphere conducive to learning. Learning is most effective when it is based on creative learning experiences and includes creative problem solving and critical thinking assignments. We at PPS, believe that true education is a lifelong quest for knowledge.
