Events - Book Exhibition

When we believe in the concept that "Wisdom is knowledge and Knowledge is power" it is our prime responsibility to empower the future generation with this power, the power of learning which can only be attained through reading. True knowledge liberates us from the darkness of ignorance and leads us to light and it is only the habit of reading which can enlighten our path for us.

It is well said that 'Books are a man's best friend and the reading habit once inculcated makes up for the absence of all other forms of entertainment. However the passion for reading is now being replaced by other entertainment media like television and computers. Keeping this in mind, we had organized a book exhibition wherein a large number of books ranging over various subjects catering to all age groups were made available to our students as well as visitors from the nearby vicinity. And the response assures us that all is still not lost and the students of PPS will definitely imbibe this habit.
